Is it really free during beta?
Yes. Every beta release is fully functional with all features unlocked — unlimited connections, schema sync, migration generation, everything. No credit card, no trial timer.
What happens after v1.0 releases?
You have 7 days from the stable release date to activate a licence. After that, the beta build reverts to Starter tier (1 connection, core features). Your data and connections are never deleted.
How does the beta discount work?
Beta testers get a $30 activation price — saving $20 off the regular $50. The offer is available for 1 month from the v1.0 stable release date, then expires.
Do I need to keep updating the beta?
Yes. Each beta release requires you to update to keep full features active. This helps us collect feedback on the latest build and ensures you are always testing current code.
What payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
What about refunds?
If Datara Studio does not meet your needs within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your licence — no questions asked.
